Starting with a three-dish Hakata appetizer platter, this course includes 10 dishes in total, allowing you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of Hakata, such as Hakata sesame amberjack, Hakata wagyu beef offal in vinegar, wood-fired wagyu beef loin, wood-fired scallops, and either white miso wood-fired offal hot pot or burnt soy sauce wood-fired offal hot pot.*All-you-can-drink option is available for an additional ¥2000.
