[Add 2000 yen for 2 hours of all-you-can-drink] Start with the fragrant grilled "Hakata Aburi Mentaiko" and the "Hakata Goma Kanpachi" enjoyed with rich sesame sauce.Seasonal fish are grilled whole over a wood fire for a spectacular presentation.We will serve grilled saury with sudachi citrus and grated daikon radish.And the main dish is Keika's signature wood-fired motsunabe (offal hot pot).You can choose from two types: a mild and rich "white miso" style, and a "burnt soy sauce" style that enhances the savory aroma.

[Item 4] Whole Pacific Saury Grilled Over Wood Fire ~Served with Caramelized Sudachi Citrus and Grated Radish~

[Item 5] Choice of motsunabe (wood-fired motsunabe with white miso or wood-fired motsunabe with burnt soy sauce)

*Unless otherwise specified, the motsunabe (offal hot pot) will be made with white miso broth and cooked over a wood fire.
